Living History with Bob Zellner

PHONE SEMINARS - a new concept developed by Dr. Zellner. He can't visit every campus this year but you can book him for a phone seminar. Next year Dr. Zellner can deliver a lecture in person on your campus.

Dr. Bob Zellner offers a one hour or more telephone conference call with professors and students to discuss the movement to gain equality for all citizens. Why not treat your class to this historic interactive seminar with a civil rights movement legend?

Students and Bob Zellner interact throughout the phone lecture with questions and answers. Bob conveys the feeling of those times and how that history affects our society and politics today. The cost of this seminar is $1200.

Our experience is that this method of teaching the Civil Rights Movement is exciting for the students. When they are able to dialogue with someone they just read about in the history books, their learning becomes experiential, providing an opportunity for a truly unique historical experience.
